How to Enroll

1  Call (707.935.3645) to schedule an evaluation appointment. (Available Tuesday – Thursday at 10:00 AM)

2  Provide proof of vaccinations and spay/neuter. (Most vets are happy to fax this information to us at 707.935.3660)

3  Submit enrollment application via fax, mail or bring it with you to evaluation appointment.

To enroll dogs must meet our basic requirements:

Vaccinations

We require that all dogs be current on the following vaccinations:

    Rabies

    DHLPP (or DA2PPC)

    Bordetella

(New puppies are usually fully vaccinated between 16 and 20 weeks of age.)

Spay or Neuter

All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered.

Social

Our day care includes open, supervised playgroups.  All dogs must complete a temperament evaluation to determine if they are well suited for this type of social day care environment. There is no charge for the evaluation, which includes a free 2-hour trial visit.
